My Story
While majoring in English at his alma mater, Wesleyan, he founded a food section in the student newspaper, exploring the dining scene on campus as well as various restaurants and personalities in Middletown, Connecticut. Lewis’ goals as a writer lie between the power of a good story and the way food can connect and impassion people. He has traveled around South America and Europe, even living in Argentina for 6 months- although his favorite cuisine will always be Mexican food…that is until he visits Southeast Asia.
